Right click file link above and Save Target/Link As… to your computer.  Make sure file extension ends up being .kml

To View Photographs Associated With Waypoints
Under Layers in the Google Earth navigation bar turn on "Panoramio Photos"

Note: Yellow star waypoints are located near paved roads and thus make good start/end points for hiking.
