Qigong energy exercises are an excellent way to reduce stress and to develop balance, flexibility and strength. Learn a series of gentle movements focusing on the five yin meridians and energy systems (lungs, kidneys, liver, heart & spleen). (7 classes) No class on 7/5. Learn techniques you can do on your own for a better night’s sleep to improve brain performance, mood, and health. Please bring a yoga mat or similar padding. (1 evening).
