Growing evidence draws a connection between poor sleep and many health issues, including heart disease, obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes and Alzheimer’s disease. Getting a good night’s sleep is vitally important to our health, happiness, job performance, and relationships. In this workshop, learn Qigong standing and seated practices to let go of stress and calm the mind for better sleep. Qigong uses gentle, flowing movement, breathing, and mindful practices that empower you in taking better care of your health.
