Learn gentle, flowing movements from Tai Chi & Qigong that help reduce stress and increase your energy. These exercises, breathing techniques and mindful practices empower you in taking better care of your health. Sleep better, improve your balance, flexibility and strength. Tai Chi & Qigong are taught at major hospital facilities including the Mayo Clinic, Mount Sinai, and the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. No prior experience required. Free if taking a class for the first time or if money is tight right now. Any donation gift is graciously accepted.

Learn basic principles and movements from Tai Chi to develop balance and coordination; increase strength, flexibility and focus. Tai Chi is an excellent form of exercise for seniors with health benefits recognized by major health institutions. This class is open to new students and those who would like to review parts of the short form previously taught by the instructor. Nine classes provided through the Calabasas Senior Center.
