Learn gentle, free-flowing exercises from Qigong and Tai Chi. Often called moving meditation, these arts practiced by millions of seniors in China are an excellent way to reduce stress and develop balance, strength and flexibility.
MEDITATION FOR THE RESTLESS

We will explore different styles of meditation that can be done moving, standing or seated.
